个人简介

李富华,河南周口人,三级a片 教学科研岗讲师。根特大学(Gent University)访学者(博士后),中国营养学会会员,中国农学会农产品物流分会委员,重庆市科技特派员。Food Chemistry、Food Research International、Food Bioprocess Technology等SCI期刊审稿人。

长期从事膳食因子功能性、消化性和加工稳定性等领域的教学与科研工作。主持省部级项目4项、校级项目3项,主研国家级项目2项;以第一作者或通讯作者发表公开发表学术论文20余篇。授权及申请专利4项。编写教材《药食同源概论》、《食品添加剂》和《食品质量与安全专业英语》。
